He is a not only a busy working dad, but he is also a retired military veteran, owns multiple businesses, including a gym, he is a husband and father of 4, I know you’ll gain a lot from this episode, especially if you’re a busy dad trying to attain some healthy habits in your life, so let’s get to it.
